Getting close to yourself is the most difficult task to achieve irrespective of how strong you are! We can look into others and their problems. However, seeing within ourselves seems herculean. However, it is not the case.
You barely give yourself the time that you do to others around you. Remember, the person inside of you is someone, who is always there with you, whether it’s the happiest moment in your life or the saddest. Even this is the only person, who gives you the needed strength to help other prosper in life.
However, your inner self also gets depressed. The reason being that it’s unhappy with the impact of your surrounding on you! All this sounds stupid, but if you look at it with a broad point of view, everything will be clear.
Your inner self is the strength that allows you to acquire success for you and people close to you. If it is down, you can feel the impact on your confidence. Concentration on your work becomes zilch. Everything will seem to stop for you and the result will be failure in life.
This is why you should try to get close to yourself. If not always, give it sometime. Just choose a location and try to talk with yourself. This will always keep you in good mood and serve you with confidence needed to succeed in life.
And don’t forget to take a deep breathe in and out. This is the easiest form of getting closer to yourself. This is how I manage to stay in touch with myself always. Hope, it works for you too!
