You know barely a day goes in my life these days when I don’t do this: ‘Take a deep breathe in and then breathe out’. Even, I ask my friends, each one of them, to go through the same routine whenever they feel that the world’s against them and nothing can work.
Initially, each one of them ask the same question, without missing, that dude ‘Now, What’s That?’ ‘Is it another one of your stupid things’? Some even have gone on to said that ‘Abhinav, are you into Yoga, meditation or other stuffs’?
Likewise, I always have the same thing to say to everyone, ‘This is my way to get close to myself’.
Just imagine, what actually happens when you take a deep breathe in & then breathe out, apart from your lungs getting heavy for a short period! The world, for that moment, will be your soul. You’ll feel nothing but your inside, your inner self. And when you’re down, this is the person you need to take full care of.
Once you get in touch with the inner self by breathing in, within that small time you can accumulate all your tension and send it out of your body to get your inner self relaxed. Tough to believe, but it works! Might not be successful every time, still you can give it a shot in the toughest of times.
It’s no meditation and will take only 5-10 seconds for the process. The best part about this is that you can try it everywhere. Whenever you need to speak to yourself, just take a deep breathe in & then breathe out and Wola, its done! Irrespective of the phase that you are going through, such an approach will give the strength to get relaxed. And its natural, so no side-effects…
Just give it a shot! My friends have tried it and found it to be effective at many stages when they were alone and needed to get close to their inner self. I am sure it will work for you too.
P.S. Don’t try this in a place, where bad odor prevails. Trying this in those places may be harmful for your nostrils and can even give you a sudden shock, which can have an impact for hours.. How I know that? I was a victim once. And it really hurts. he he he. your nostrils will never forgive you then. Trust me on that
